Rod Run & Show - The Scott City Car Club holds the Lake Scott Rod Run & Show each year on the third weekend of August for the past 30 years. Visitors are welcome to stroll through the Scott City Park on South Main and enjoy the outstanding craftsmanship of area rodders from modern to classic vehicles..
The city park will host this event, with poker run; hog roast. prizes, awards, and games for the contestants. Contestants come from five states with their classic vehicles.
