 Who We Are
Wild West Country, the Southwest Kansas Tourism Region, includes members from 22 counties who work as a team to promote travel within the area. Members are as diverse as the communities represented and include attractions, museums, restaurants, lodging properties, businesses and individuals who understand the travel industry's impact on the economy of the region.
Mission Statement
To promote travel and tourism in the 22 counties of Southwest Kansas, working to include representatives from each county, educate those involved and support each other in common goals.
How To Join
Both business and individual memberships are available for a small yearly fee. The group meets every other month in one of the member communities. Membership benefits include a presence on the website, listings in all the organization's publications, a newsletter subscription, educational opportunities, representation on the Travel Industry Association of Kansas Board of Directors and representation in promotional booths at such events deemed valuable by the membership.
